What platforms do you use to build websites?
Mostly WordPress—it’s flexible, SEO-friendly, and built to grow with you. For e-commerce we use Shopify, and if it’s a super simple site sometimes Squarespace. We match the platform to your goals, not the other way around.
Will there be any ongoing costs?
With websites, yes — but only the essentials. You’ll need a domain (which you should always own yourself), hosting, and any paid plugins specific to your site. You can manage these directly, or we can take care of hosting and billing for you.
Will I be able to edit my website myself?
Absolutely. Every site comes with a handover session so you know how to update content and make changes with confidence. We’ll also be available for ongoing support if you would prefer to have us do one-off updates for you or on a retainer basis.
Can you work with our existing brand/logo?
Of course! We can build around your current branding if you’re happy with it, or refresh it if you’d like to level things up with our Brand Refresh package.
How long will the process take?
It depends on the scope, but a branding + website package usually takes 4–8 weeks from kick-off to launch.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes. Projects are invoiced in four stages, starting with a 25% deposit to secure your spot. The balance is due before final files are handed over or the site goes live.
How much work will I have to do?
We’ll guide you through the process and make it as easy as possible. The main thing we’ll need from you is input early on — things like your business goals, services, and feedback — so we can capture your brand and build something that fits.
Can you write the copy for me?
Yes — it’s included in all of our packages (as it’s something we love to do). We’ll work closely with you to capture your voice and make sure your message is clear and engaging.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. We can refresh or rebuild what you have, or start from scratch if that’s the best approach.
What if we’re not sure what we actually need?
