Entry is open to businesses registered (or intended to be registered) in New Zealand. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older and must be an authorised representative of the business they are entering on behalf of. Only one entry per business is permitted. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Stage One are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway opens on 21 October 2025 and closes at 21 November 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available on the Stage One website and provide all required details. Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be deemed invalid. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The prize consists of one Stage One Standard Website Package and one Stage One Brand Lite Package, with a combined value of over $6,000.

The Stage One Standard Website Package includes:

• Custom design and build (up to 5 pages)
• Legal and utility pages setup (404, Terms, Privacy Policy)
• Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Key website copywriting to reflect the brand
• Optimised SEO setup
• Contact form integration
• Practical CMS training and a written guide for site management
• Three months of our post-launch Website Care Plan (valued at $297)

The Stage One Brand Lite Package includes:

• Brand research
• Compact logo suite with colour variations and key file formats
• Custom colour palette and font pairings
• Lite brand style guide
• Social media profile and cover graphics
• Final files supplied in various formats for print and digital use

If the winner already has an existing website or branding, Stage One will consult with them to determine whether a refresh, redesign, or optimisation is most appropriate. The exact project scope will be agreed upon by both parties before any work commences.

If the winner wishes to upgrade to a larger website or branding package, this can be arranged for an additional fee prior to the start of the project.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The prize does not include domain registration or renewal fees, website hosting costs, premium plugins or paid third-party integrations, ongoing maintenance or content updates beyond the included care plan period, printing or production costs for any branded collateral, copywriting for pages beyond those included in the Standard Website Package, or any photography, videography, or image licensing fees.

Any additional costs incurred will be discussed and agreed upon with the winner before work begins.

The winner will be selected by Stage One based on the quality, creativity, and potential impact of their entry. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via email within five business days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within seven days of notification, Stage One reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Once confirmed, the project must commence within three months of the winner announcement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard project timelines, processes, and terms will apply once the project begins.

Stage One will work closely with the winner throughout the design and development process to ensure the best possible outcome within the agreed scope.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Stage One may feature their business name, logo, testimonial, and completed project in marketing materials, social media content, and our online portfolio. The winner also agrees to provide a short testimonial upon completion of the project.

Any personal information collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and communicating with entrants. Entrants agree to receive occasional updates and emails from Stage One, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

Stage One reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise or if there are insufficient entries. Stage One accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, or unable to be processed for technical or other reasons.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
