Step one is simple — we talk. You, us, some caffeine (or hops), and a sense check that we’re on the same page.

Plan
Next, we’ll send through a proposal. If you’re keen, you’ll get a welcome pack that explains how everything works, plus a deposit invoice to lock things in.

design & build
We roll up our sleeves and get to work. Most of the magic happens on our side, but you’ll get regular updates and designs to review as we go.

launch
After polishing and testing, it’s go time. We’ll launch your shiny new brand or website and walk you through the essentials so you’re confident running the show from here.

handover
Once we’ve launched, we don’t just disappear. Some of our website packages come with 3 months of our care plan, and if you need ongoing SEO or extra design work later on, we’re up for it. And if something pops up down the line, you can always give us a call or flick us an email.

What exactly is included in your branding packages?

Each package is built to give you the essentials you actually need: strategy, logo variants, colour palettes, typography, and practical brand assets. If you need something custom, we can tailor the package to suit.

Will I need to purchase anything extra?

Most of the time, no. If you need specific licensed fonts or additional add-ons (like illustration, motion, or product packaging), we’ll let you know upfront so there are zero surprises.

Can you use parts of my existing brand?

Absolutely. If there’s something you love — a colour, a symbol, an idea — we can evolve it. And if you want a full clean slate, we can do that too.

Will I get files I can actually use?

Yes! You’ll receive all logo formats, colour codes, and usable file types, plus a brand guide that explains when and how to use everything.

Will I be able to update things myself?

Definitely. Your brand will come with clear guidelines so you or your team can create content confidently. And if you ever want templates or ongoing help, we’re here for that too.

How long will the process take?

Depending on scope, branding can take anywhere from 2–4 weeks, or longer for larger projects. If you’re doing branding + website, it’s usually 4–8 weeks from start to finish. See more about our Website Packages here.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes — projects are invoiced in four stages, starting with a 25% deposit to secure your spot, with the final balance due before handover.

How much work will I have to do?

We keep things easy. We’ll need your input early on — things like your goals, audience, and preferences — then we take it from there.

Can you write our brand messaging and
taglines too?

Yes — copywriting is included in our branding packages. We’ll help you refine your voice, message, and the words people actually see.

What if we’re not sure what we actually need?
