Briscoe Group wanted to level up their e-commerce performance and better engage their massive website audience. With no automated subscriber offers in place, they were missing clear opportunities to convert interest into sales—especially through tailored, data-driven email communications.
Solution
We designed a full suite of automated emails to flow through Emarsys, including personalised offers, digital coupon trials, and smart behavioural triggers based on browsing and purchase data. We worked closely with the internal team to ensure the content hit the mark—on-brand, but fresher and more engaging than before.
Result
The new email flows quickly proved their worth, delivering measurable improvements in engagement and sales. Within six months, the project went from a test phase to a permanent fixture in Briscoe Group’s e-commerce strategy. The templates are still live, evolving, and managed internally by the team.
